Granny's Granny

This 600 sf detached ADU creates the sense of of much larger unit by using the volume within the space along with providing ample natural light.  Creating a new dwelling unit in the backyard also created privacy issues for the unit itself, the existing house and the neighboring homes so careful planning and detailing was required.
