Lake O. Residence

Designed as a spec house, this modern home is organized around a courtyard that faces away from the busy street allowing the building to create the needed privacy and control noise.  A roof top deck allows additional privacy and views to the adjacent lake.

Merging into the site, the main exterior materials are stone at the base with an oversized crafted wood box above at the upper level.

The project’s sustainable features include FSC wood floors, concrete counter top, low flow plumbing fixtures and energy efficient light fixtures.  The exterior walls are insulated with dense pack cellulose insulation.
